WARRANTY POLICY AT QueenMobile

 

• Company machine (Product name is Genuine)

  Genuine products, you can go to genuine insurance centers or directly to QueenMobile stores to receive and send genuine warranty devices.

  Requirements to receive warranty depend on the regulations of each company, details are in the following table:

  • The customer returns the borrowed device after receiving his/her device.

QueenMobile undertakes a comprehensive warranty for the products Apple sells.
